Where Winback Engine came from

LTVplus was founded in 2017 by David Henzel and GQ Fu to rid the world of bad customer experiences. Started with ecommerce brands. Grew into managed technical support for MSPs and software companies. Today, more than 500 team members work across 30+ countries for over 100 clients.

While running customer-experience teams for clients, the LTVplus operators kept seeing the same pattern across multi-location service businesses and high-AOV DTC brands: a long list of lapsed customers that no email flow, SMS sequence, or ad retargeting was ever going to recover. The list needed a phone call from a trained human, on the brand's behalf, with a real offer.
