Will this conflict with our Zenoti, Vagaro, Booker, Mindbody, or GlossGenius flows?

No. Phone is a separate channel and clients respond to it differently than to email or SMS. We call after your platform's automated reminders and rebooking nudges have done their work, on the lapsed clients those flows did not bring back. Appointments are tagged to the call so your attribution gets cleaner, not muddier.

Our books are stylist-attached, not salon-attached. Does that break the model?

No. It is one of the questions we ask first on the strategy call. When the book is stylist-attached, we route each recovered client back to their original provider whenever the platform allows. When a stylist has left the location, we offer the client the closest-fit replacement and let them choose, instead of forcing a switch and burning the relationship. Either way, the client is rebooked into your business, not lost to it.

Is this TCPA and DNC compliant?

Yes. Phone outreach is governed by TCPA and the federal DNC registry. We work from client phone numbers you already collected at intake, respect DNC status, document consent scope, and honor opt-outs immediately. Every call is recorded and reviewable. We do not send marketing email, so CAN-SPAM is not part of our footprint.

What salon and spa platforms do you work with?

How do you handle clients who came in once on a discount and never returned?

They get a different script and a lower priority than your full-price regulars. One-and-done discount clients are a real segment in beauty, and most of them are not worth a call. We tier the lapsed list by visit count, ticket size, and service type before any outreach goes out, and we focus the team on the clients who already proved they will pay full price.

What counts as a "recovered" client?

A previously lapsed client (no booking for the agreed lookback window, typically 90 or more days for hair, color, and spa services, longer for cadences like massage or facials) who we contacted and who books, shows, and pays inside the attribution window. We track every call and every booking timestamp. Refunds, cancellations, repeat bookings from already-active clients, and visits from clients we did not call are all excluded.

How does pricing work for salons and spas?

Same as everywhere else on the site. 30-day pilot with a refundable $1,000 commitment fee — you get it back if we don't hit 5x ROI in the first 30 days. After the pilot, 20% of net recovered revenue, billed weekly. We only get paid when lapsed clients we contacted actually rebook and pay inside the attribution window.
