Will this conflict with our Mindbody, Zenoti, or Vagaro flows?

No. Phone is a separate channel and members respond to it differently. We call after your platform's automated emails and SMS have done their work, on the lapsed members those flows didn't recover. Orders are logged against the call so your attribution is cleaner, not muddier.

Is this TCPA and DNC compliant?

Yes. Phone outreach is governed by TCPA and the federal DNC registry. We work from member phone numbers you already collected at signup, respect DNC status, document consent scope, and honor opt-outs immediately. Every call is recorded and reviewable. We do not send marketing email, so CAN-SPAM is not part of our footprint.

What counts as a "recovered" member?

A previously lapsed member (no class, visit, or active membership for the agreed lookback window, typically 60+ days for active rosters or 30+ days post-cancellation) who we contacted and who rebooks, renews, or restarts billing inside the attribution window. We track every call and every transaction timestamp. Refunds, chargebacks, repeat purchases from active members, and transactions from members we did not call are all excluded.

How does pricing work for fitness operators?
